Refund policy

  1. Eligibility Period:

    • Refunds, returns and exchanges are only available within 45 days of the delivery date.

  2. Exchange Process:

    • If you wish to exchange an item, you are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us.
    • Once we receive the item, we will process your exchange and ship the new product. Outbound shipping costs for the new product will also apply.

  3. Refunds:

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  4. Condition of Items:

    • Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached (if applicable).

  5. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom, discounted, or final-sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us at decolonialclothingco@gmail.com with your order number and details of the request.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Please use a tracked shipping method for your return. Decolonial Clothing is not responsible for items lost in transit.
